Senior Administrator, Payments Team - Isle of Man

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator for their Payments Team on a permanent full-time basis. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient completion of standard and complex administrative tasks provided to you, ensure pended work is reviewed, chased and closed within expected timescales. You will also be supporting clients, advisers and colleagues through the complaints process. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 GCSE’s Grade C to include Maths and English and/or NVQ Level 1 – or equivalent and good attention to detail.
